On the back 9 at Augusta, I remember clearly a shot of Woods in which he had an expression on his face that I'd never seen before - it was a combination of bewilderment and despair (how could this be happening to me!?). That was the moment I knew he wouldn't win.

I think Tiger's aura of invincibility has evaporated, both in his own mind and those of his opponents. He still has never come from behind on the final day to win a major, and I think the odds for it happening are getting longer all the time.
Once again, an opponent, Cabrera, got it done, although he gave up a lot more openings to the field than Johnson did in the Masters.
Tiger had his chances; he didn't take advantage of them...

I meant to write this last week, but things got crazy...

If anything, I think he needs to get back to feel golf rather than technical golf. It seems like he's putting in too much time trying to perfect his new swing and he's losing some of his great touch and natural shot making ability. I'd like to see him lay off the gym and lay off the swing thoughts just a little bit and get back to playing with feel.
All that being said, the dude has won three times this year, and his finishes in the last four majors: 1, 1, 2, 2. Not too shabby.

Remember, back in May.. Sabbatini said that Tiger was as beatable as ever???
Woods down by 1 to Rory to begin the day.. Woods wins by 8 to end the day.

A lot of people went backwards yesterday while Tiger was shooting his 65... Overall, his swing looks a lot better than it has in a while. Very in control, except on a few tee shots here and there.
If he can get the speed of the greens right this week, he's going to win his 4th PGA and 13th major.

So, about Cabrera's 10 on the par 3 6th hole...
Did he use the same on shot 3 from the tee and he did on his first shot?
That was amazing when I was watching it. The first shot and third shot hit the almost identical spot over the green.
Then he puts his 5th shot into the water..
I couldn't help it, but I felt good seeing that!!

The announcers were going a bit crazy there, too. Some of them were laughing because it was so wrong to be watching that.

Tiger's on fire... About to go birdie, birdie at 9 and 10 to get to -3 for the tournament.
