Eisenberg said, "The Los Angeles Kings and the Manchester Monarchs maintain expectations for all players and employees to maintain a high level of conduct. We take these charges very seriously and we continue to collect the facts at this time."
He said the legal process needs to take its course.
"While this is a personal matter between the Kankos, they are members of the Monarchs family and our thoughts are with them. We will be staying close to the situation," Eisenberg said. He would not disclose the Monarchs' code of conduct.
