Monarchs Assign Herlsey To Reading
Defenseman has played in 42 games with Manchster
MANCHESTER, NH - The Manchester Monarchs, the primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, have assigned defenseman Patrik Hersley to the ECHL's Reading Royals, Monarchs Director of Hockey Operations Hubie McDonough announced today.
Hersley, 21, has played in 42 games with the Monarchs this season. The 6-foot-3, 205-pound native of Malmo, Sweden, has one goal, eight assists, 27 penalty minutes and a plus/minus rating of plus-1 while in Manchester. In 20 games with the Royals this season, Hersley has 18 points (3-15=18) and 18 penalty minutes.
The Monarchs return to the Dunkin Donuts Center for the second of three consecutive games against the Providence Bruins to finish the 2007-08 regular season on Friday, April 11 for a 7:05 p.m. face-off.
