We surveyed more than 80,000 fans in SportsNation, and commissioned a nationwide poll done by Markitecture, Inc., and you told us what you want from your favorite team. And then you told us how well your favorite franchise repays you for all the love and money you devote to it. In the table to the right you will see the eight categories by which you, the fans of SportsNation, ranked your teams.

The results? The Indianapolis Colts rank No. 1 among 122 pro sports teams based on what they give back to fans who invest their time and money in the organization.

It has almost everything to do with how competitive the team is that season.

This is almost as irrelevant as any FAN VOTE brackets, tournaments, face-offs, contests ESPN does and beats to death.

Isn't that kinda of funny that the dates where no posted on when they polled. And all but one of the teams , Phoenix, was in the playoffs. I hope our account reps are looking at this when they decide to raise the prices net year!

It is a bull**** survey because the Lakers/Clippers/Kings all share the same stadium and they rank 18/31/87 in that category...

Thats a wierd survey in the TTR rank it has the Carolina Hurricanes as #1 in the TTR or TTR (Title Track): Titles already won or expected -- soon category

Not #1 in the NHL but #1 OVERALL in the entire survey, so the Hurricances basking in the glory of a SC win several years ago and this year missing the playoffs have fans thinking every year they are going to win the cup, more so than Detoit, New England Patriots, Yankees, Spurs etc

That makes no frigging sense at all

Someone needs to e-mail the Kings though for them to know. I don't think they are to know anything about this.

This is an espn poll which is owned by disney who use to own the ducks and angels. go figure
