About This Page: This is a discussion on Reality Hipcheck within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. Let the kid play.
Why are so many parents such whiney twats these days!??!
Why not let the kid play in a older league? He'll get better with the challenge, anyhow. He should be allowed to play where he wants, though. Since when is 'not being a great player' a requirement for little league?
The fact that the parents of the other team are the spearheading this is ricokulous. Great sportsmanship there, parents. Way to be an example.

I remember playing peewee hockey with a kid that dominated the league. We all thought wow, he is going to be something great. As we all got older, a lot of the players started to catch up. This happens in all youth sports. I say let him finish the season and hopefully, find a league that he will be more competitive in next year.
