The University of Michigan Medical School has an annual musical ("The Smoker") put on by the medical students, during which it is tradition for a six-foot penis (a medical student in a penis costume) to appear. In the years I was there, someone advanced the idea to its natural conclusion and added a six-foot vagina to the tradition.

Some folks need to lighten the **** up.
