I mean seriously, is this simply mental illness? How do you present a normal facade, though? There's clearly something not right in the head to even ponder doing such a thing (let alone living in that filth), and yet how would you appear otherwise normal outside?
The worrying aspect is I am sure that most countries have their own version of this, it makes me wonder how many other kids are being held against their will by their family.
