It was neat when it was new, but we're talking about a true example of a "one trick pony." The F-22 is so far superior in every way that it just makes complete sense to retire the -117. Especially when you consider the new F-35 that will be flying along side the F-22 as the replacement for the aging F-16, the F-117 definitely becomes a relic.

I choose the latter just on the ass-kicking looks factor alone.
It is all about super cruise. I was shocked when I found out that they are putting it on the shelves. The life span was so short, but when something is put down there is a better piece of equipment ready to replace it. I think that they should bring back the Tom Cat, at least for the Mira Mar Airshow.
