About This Page: This is a discussion on Reality Hipcheck within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. OK, I don't mean Gutiar Hero or Doom or any of that recent stuff. I am talking pre 1990 good stuff. You older guys know what I am talking about.
OK, I don't mean Gutiar Hero or Doom or any of that recent stuff. I am talking pre 1990 good stuff. You older guys know what I am talking about. I was reading an article about a guy who built an arcade in his house that has 30-40 games! Wow.
Anyway, it got me to thinking about my youth. I used to love going to the MV Mall and go to Fun N Games across from the movie theatre. I loved
1) Tron (the stand up one)
2) Galaga
3) Tempest (which I almost beat)
4) Olympics (cant remember if that was what it was called)
5) Journey (yes the band)
We also used to go to Safeway where the Sport Chalet is now and play Pac Man for days on end until we realized that there were patterns that could keep you safe for like 20 levels. Then, we discovered the "Defender" game at the liquor store down the way and almost crapped ourselves.
Anyway, as I type this I keep thinking of games I liked like "Star Wars" and "Joust". I am hoping some of you will post your favorite games and remind of the ones I miss!!!

What the hell is Ocarina of Time? I am totally in space?
Ocarina of Time is the Legend of Zelda for the Nintendo 64. It really is one of the best video games ever made, but it was post 1990 so I left it off my list.
