Also played the Mario games A LOT
Burgertime
Star Wars (your arcade was real cool if it had the sit down unit)
Donkey Kong
Mario Bros.
Spy Hunter
Pac Man and Ms. Pac Man
There is a much cheaper way of having your own arcade with cabinet, modify a cabinet so that it has 2 players and 6 buttons (to play old school Street Fighter) , rip out the old stuff inside the cabinet, put in a PC and a montior, install MAME (multiple arcade machine emulator) and download roms.
Pre-Nintendo, our first game to kill time during lunch at school was on the Apple IIe... Montezuma's Revenge. I think we also had Dig-Dug and Loderunner.
Does anyone remember Dragons Lair? Man that was the first $.50 game I ever played and I could never get the timing right. The look on the Knight's face when he got killed was almost worth the price of the game.
