To hear the actually sound in the Premier jets pilot voice that his T-cas (traffic avoidance) was going off is just crazy..The pilot ended up getting repremanded for his actions.

It's all fun and games on the ground, but when your up there traveling at 160-220 knots, thats actually pretty damn scarey. But what were all missing is, why didn't the ATC see this before his T-CAS went off?
It wasn't a passenger jet - it was a PC-12 (a single engine turboprop). I'm not sure that the F-16 pilot was actually reprimanded - the investigation seemed to indicate he didn't do anything wrong; in fact, he never approached closer than 600ft according to the HUD tapes, and did so on a parallel course. The PC-12 pilot was flying through an MOA and should have expected this. At a minimum, he should have called ahead to figure out if it was hot at the time.

The last time I was at a charter company a Pilatus IS used for charting a group of 10-12 people. Is no commercial jumbo, but it is a passenger turboprop. And yes the military pilot was reprimanded according to AOPA. Either way there was 2 problems like you guys pointed out, the pilot should have checked to see if the MOA was hot, and the F-16 pilot shouldn't have gotten bored.

Bored? Or annoyed?
You're right about the PC-12. I meant to add that it can be used to transport a small number of people. But at least you try not to fly through an MOA actively in use.
Anyway - it sounds like good ground controlled intercept practice right there - lead the F-16 to the plane, then escort him out of the MOA. I like it.

No it's all good. Just got back for Long Beach and had a fighter passed by me at a lower altitude. But, SoCal was talking to him at the same time.
What an idiot to complain....SHut your trap and beat it!!! Real smart complain and see what happens the next time you fly through there. "Yes, this F-16 just flew with in 10 feet of my aircraft and I want to file a complaint over." "Roger, standby for the numbers over." "10-4 copy this F-16 is messing with us and I am gonna complain about his flying. OH wait, I think there is a missile creeping up my ass over!!!"""" 10-4 Roger copy cancellation of all complaints---OVER and OUT!!!!
