That dog should be put down because I dont think any dog of any breed should show any level of agression to a human.

With that said, obviously these people were just the brand of ****tard who should never own a high-intelligence/high energy breed such as a large terrier because they are just stupid enough to leave it alone with a two year old that has no clue to behave with an animal. Also, the parent of the child should have it taken away just on the power of her fashion choices.
Id bet you dollars to Kings tickets that THAT particular dog was untrained, unsocialized, and rarely if ever exercised. That right there is a recipe for disaster.
