I have an Australian Shepherd and 2 indoor cats, and I have a problem with animal hair on my furniture. No matter how much I vacuum and lint roll our sofa, there's still a massive amount of hair on it. In fact, we urge our guests not to wear dark colors.
However!
I discovered this awesome "Pic-Up Mitt" tonight while shopping at Target. For $6.99, I figured, what the hell... I'll try anything at this point. Here's Bubba, the spokescat:

I know it's gross. But seriously, how awesome is it that it picks up hair and lint THAT WELL? And I don't have to buy the econo-pack of lint rollers at Costco anymore!
And to clean it, you simply rub it the opposite direction on a dry surface, and the hair comes off in little tufts that you just pick up and throw away.
I just wanted to share because I'm stoked. (And weird.)

Oh I know. Bobby and I just shaved our dog today. He looks like a preschooler who got a hold of the scissors and tried to cut his own hair. We filled up 2 grocery bags with hair.
