The one that I told every day, I bought her The Complete Calvin & Hobbes Collections b/c she was a huge fan and had none of the books.
The most recent / current one I bought flowers for because she'd never been given flowers. To me, that's just wrong, so I fixed the situation. I told her not to read to much into it.
That being said, they still don't listen. Therefore, they are insane.
sounds like youre saying one thing and doing another, youre giving off mixed signals bud, if you want it to be just "physical" you dont buy them gifts or flowers, those kinds of things imply a certain level of "datingness" if thats even a word.

im not saying you didnt do the right thing, just dont complain about them getting the wrong idea.
although being simple this took me years to learn.
actions speak louder than words. you dont have to constantly tell a girl that its purely "physical", in my experience most will get the hint and if they don't then you tell them something along the lines of "im not really looking for anything serious im just looking to have some fun and if thats not for you then we should go our seperate ways".
that doesnt mean down the line something could develop, hell ive had some great relationships stem from those situations but at least you're honest and upfront.
the more and more you start doing things like going out as opposed to having her come over and "watch a movie" or buy her flowers or cute little gifts the less it becomes about having fun the more it develops into dating, if you dont like it then dont do these things.

I never actually go out with them, though. They just come over.
Not trying to make excuses here, I can see what you're saying. I'm really just curious how a chick can come over, ****, fall asleep, leave the next morning, and we do nothing else (except maybe dinner now and then) and they all think the same thing, even if they're aware I had someone else the other night (not a normal occurance, but it happens).
I'm going back to hording my money and swimming in it alone. Worked for Scrooge McDuck. He seems pretty happy.

well either somethings getting miscommunicated in that process or youre so fixated and worried on it purely being on a physical level that youre taking any kind of affection or wantingness to hang out as a commitment and taking things from her end the wrong way.

I think she realizes she's done wrong. Haven't talked to her much in the last few days, when she used to text me all the time. Maybe it took care of itself, but gonna make sure tonight.
