I can never support a game that penalizes you for killing someone. This game is just too PC.

Metal Gear always puts out a great game. I still remember being floored by the very first MGS game on the original PlayStation. Still one of the greatest games I have ever played. Too bad I only have a 360.

It's been rumored a possibilty for it to be put out on the 360 I highly doubt it but if it were true you would be in luck.

that would kick ass. I'll keep my fingers crossed. I haven't finished a game in years but this is one that I could take all the way.

I dunno, looks kinda cheesy. I hope they improve the textures before release, because everything looked pretty blah. Other things I didn't like:

- When you're flipping through your inventory, it pauses the action. Talk about a bull**** advantage.
- Everyone in the game walks/moves unrealistically, and snake looks like a tool in that suit walking crouched over.
- Dude has a pistol, machine gun, rpg, knife, playstation 3 controller, OIL DRUM, and who knows what else concealed up his ass.

I tried to get into one of the MGS games a few years ago but gave-up... there was too much stealth for my liking and I didn't think that was possible.

I still want the old NES games to be re-released in some way, shape or form.

Sidenote: I never knew that Snake's Revenge was not done by the original Metal Gear team:

Gotta agree. I was a HUGE MGS 1&2 fan but once Splinter Cell came out for the XBox I lost my interest in the MGS series. I think the Splinter Cell games look better and the gameplay is just more interesting than the MGS games.

I guess the primary reason Im so impressed is that I havent really played video games much for the last ten years. I own a PS2, but Ive barely ever played it, I got it for free.

Good point. I guess that means it doesn't suck then. I heard a bunch of people are going to go jump off the Arroyo Seco bridge. Must be a good idea right?

Damned straight! That's one hell of a rush! And I'll start with the base-jump parchute, then switch to the hanglider, and then for a nice smooth landing, I'll end with the rocket jetpack.

Seriously, though, going back to the clip, isn't anyone else a little put off by the AI here? I understand that the suit blends into the background, but I'm still going to notice a rather large adult male body lying within feet of me, this suit or not. It seems the real idea behind the stealth in this game is to find the chokepoints where the games WANTS you to do something, and then you must do something asinine to fool absolute retards with guns. Sounds a lot like it's going to be trial-and-error over and over again.

I hope you have Snake's suit to pull that all out of...
