I was messing around in the EASHL menu and set up a team for us... I have no idea how to invite
One thing I gotta keep working on is to stay at home. The computer tends to score when I'm hovering around the face off circle/blue line... It's such a bad habit lol

I got 2g and 5a in 4 games and I have just been bumped to the 2nd defensive unit. My first game was out of control because Purcell scored a hattrick and Moulson and Boyle had 3 points a piece, but after that they were gone and I got stuck with Cliche, Clune and Gauthier on my top line. Anyone else got this problem?
Man it sucks getting scored on!!!

Yeah, when I had shifts with Cliche, Clune, and Gauthier... they kept turning it over. Even the commentary kept saying "Gauthier turned it over again."
But when I had shifts with Trevor Lewis, he's a beast. He already has 9 goals. The Boyle, Moulson, Purcell line sucks for my team so far :(
I'm playing on Pro w/ 5 min periods and in 4 games have only 1 assist (a crappy secondary assist at that!). I'm 3rd line Center w/ Gauthier and Kanko as my wing.
Maybe I'm not good enough to play the LGK team ...sheesh!

Oh, I'm playing on Pro also until I get the hang of things. But I play 10 minute periods though, I've always played it for all the other games, so I'm used to it. I heard that 7-8 minute periods are just right, now that you can pick those minutes too! Before, it was always 5, 10, 20.

One second line as center and have 15 goals and 4 assists. Something like that. Was bumped up to the first line, then saved the game. Had to go to work.

Trevor Lewis somehow got traded to Minnesota in my league, wtf?!?!? Oh, and my team cannot win a godamn face-off to save their lives. Jonathan Quick also SUCKS!!!! I'm telling you, all this training by playing on the Monarchs is going to get me into legendary status soon.

So is there no way to make manual line changes with the "classic" controls? I really don't like the skill stick but I want to be able to control my lines. Also where's all the 08 draft picks?
Grinder is the easiest position to play and I got into the NHL quick.When I got called up, so did Boyle, Bernier, and Purcell. In the AHL, I got moved to the second line after 10 games because Richardson had signed with New Jersey. Also the career goals for grinder is basically have a career +/- of 8 and they expect at least 38 points a season.
