I'm impressed, honestly. After Twilight Princess and Metroid Prime 3 didn't live up to the hype, I have to say, Galaxy is great after getting about 20 stars. Nice explanation on where the signature Mario star comes from(short & simple) and some great platforming.
The one part I have to ding it on so far is the camera, half the time it feels like I'm fighting the camera more than I'm fighting Goombas(or any other enemies for that matter).

Very true that there is not many enemies and the camera can be quite annoying.
It does get quite difficult eventually. I'm now at a part where at 40 stars things are a little bit harder.
The ice level is pretty cool. Especially when Mario gets to ice skate around the level.

Awesome game so far! I'm about 25 stars or so in. The first few levels are very easy, but the extra challenges are a bit more challenging. Excellent game. 9.5/10
Too easy or just too quick to finish for good players (which can be done @ 60 stars apparently)?
Some of the Comet-affected levels get tough. And although I don't have all the Green Stars yet, that whole thing sounds like it will be really tough.
Only problem I have so far with the game is with the swimming levels camera, but I just haven't done enough of them enough to say that's it's broken or whatever.
this is a great great game. It is a little easy for me right now but when my gf plays or someone else they seem to have a harder time with it. So maybe its because im use to the Wii? I dont know. But its a great game and the camera doesnt bother me at all. Usually if i get a position where i cant see u can press the C button and it kinda helps. I give this game a 10/10 Love it.

What I love about the game is that it's constantly challenging in different ways. It's almost like solving puzzles while using your dexterity so it makes for a very entertaining game. There need to be more games like this than First person shooters...

As for too easy... two words: Daredevil Bouldergeist. With a "Daredevil" level one hit and you're toast. It took me over 30 minutes and many lives to finally beat him.
I barely pulled it out when playing that level. It was a bitch. I had him down to one more hit and had a to jump out of the way or I was going to get knocked out by a Bomb Boo.
I still like playing in the Freezeflame Galaxy even though I've beat most of it.
Btw how many more times can stupid Luigi just lost. Moron.

Are you talking about the rock monster where you need to swing the black boo's around? He was one of my favorite boss fights. I really would have preferred the camera pulled back a little more, but it was a great battle.

Yeah, the first time through, you do the whole ghost level, then you end up fighting him on his island.
When the comet is in-orbit, it becomes Daredevil -- fight against the boss with only 1 health.
I agree with the too easy statement. It only took me a few hours to get to 66 stars, and I wanted to play through more of the levels before I beat the game...
Daredevil Bouldergeist was hard...I couldn't figure out how to kill the last stage of the Dirty Tricks of something something, but then when you have to beat him on Daredevil it was cake.
this game was amazing. i already beat it but has anyone got to getting the purple coins? just wait till your at the purple coins for the toy time galaxy. oh yeah and there is a pretty crazy video on youtube where the guy gets all 150 of the purple coins on the level...and only 100 are needed to get the star. check it out search it on youtube.

yeah that was freakin hard, took me like 30 lives to beat that.
