Went by and most of the stuff that I saw there was from 06-07 and a little from this season. All of the jerseys out were from last season and overpriced (400 for a Game Issue McCauley-come on). They did have 2 of the ripoff Johnson jerseys at 7500 each, Cloutier's pads (I believe they were Kotex) for 750, and a Kopitar stick for 400
Funny thing is I saw a list of prices for Hockeytown Authentics which is Detroit's game used sale group and they had better prices. I believe a game used Yzerman jersey was around 1500-2000 and the jerseys from the playoffs with patches would top out around 4000. Shanahan, Hull, and even Robitaille's jerseys were all considerably less than the 7500 Jack Johnson jersey
I'm glad not to many of you did too.
I got a ton of the procpect jerseys
33, 33 goalie, 37, 71, 68, 12, 61, 57, and bought a Luc retirement jersey(38) for 250
Hmm I thought there were some good deals. (Sure the jersey's were a rip off but there are some decent deals on gear).
Plenty of NEW one piece sticks for $100 each (not too many righties though and some very funky curves).
New blades - $30 for composite, $15 for wood (all lefty).
New shafts $50 each (Most are very stiff that Nortstrom left).
Plenty of large skates in good condition for $100 if you can get them to fit.
There was a pair of RBK Cloutier pads in great shape for $750 and a pair of Brians that Burke left behind in OK condition for $750.

In hindsight I will say this, the only thing that was somewhat tempting was they had a "game used" (read taped up, but no marks on it)Calder RBK O stick there. in stores these are like 300 each, but here it was 100 bucks. That was tempting, then I drove home and looked in my garage and saw that I already had like 6 sticks (2 wood, 4 composite incl. a game used Cammi stick that I play with (super stiff by the way) )
there were some new stuff today, gloves and pants, plenty of sticks still, and some preseason prospects Kings white and black jerseys along with some new camp jersey's. I got me a 45 goalie in black and a 37 white and both 78's.

you're lucky you didn't waste 100 bucks. that o stick probably would've snapped on you in 2-3 games.
