Me too, but I doubt it would happen that soon. He'd need 3 months to train (at least), I couldn't see that happening this year but if it does I'm so there!
Lindland looked like **** in his last fight. Honestly, I hope Vitor beats his ass.

I'm sorry. . .does that say. . .for a title? Seriously? I hope they call the winner the unquestioned champion of the middleweights like they did when Fedor won the HW belt. I mean, WAMMA is an independently run group that is the end all be all right? Jesus that's a joke.

I don't mind it, only because it will mean it is a 5 round fight. I don't think smart MMA fans like you and I will recognize the winner as the undisputed champ!

But really, if Affliction wants to be taken seriously, then this is a step in the wrong direction. At least with the WAMMA HW Title, you had 2 of the top 5 HW's fighting, even though Tim-meh wasn't #2, you could accept it. But Lindland is ranked #7 according to WAMMA's own website and Belfort isn't ranked in any weightclass. Affliction will have some serious explaining to do in order to justify how these 2 guys are the top MW's. Bad move.

Not to mention I think Belfort might have broken his hand in the last fight. At least, that's what he said at the end of his fight, and that's what I'm hearing from someone who knows him.
That being said, I always try and catch Condit's fights. Since he damn near finishes all his fights.
I like WEC. I kinda consider it the farm for UFC fighters. I think the competition in there is pretty decent, and a lot of these kids want to prove themselves to make the bigger show.
That poor woman. Hopefully they realize that Rampage's actions were not intentional. I hope to see Rampage reach out to them and try and find some way to attempt to make amends (because there's obviously no way he could fully make amends).
Damn, anyone know how serious Fedor's hand injury is?

Huerta, who has one fight left on his contact after the Florian fight, is far apart with UFC on terms for a renewal. Huerta, who has gotten a new agent, was asking for six-figures guaranteed per fight as well as points on the PPV, in negotiations that haven’t gone well for some time. That’s a better deal then [BJ] Penn, so he wasn’t going to get it. The UFC position is that they groomed Huerta and pushed him hard and were careful of his opponents, with the exception of Clay Guida.
Six-figures??? I understand wanting a raise, because I think he's making 19k / 19k right now, but an $80,000 raise? C'mon man, you're kidding yourself. Even (Huerta's teammate) GSP doesn't make that much, and he's proven himself FAR more than Roger has.
Win or lose Saturday night, I think we'll be seeing Roger on the sidelines for quite some time.
