It was fun to watch, but CB really needs some cardio. He kept laying on Tim and the ref would not stand them up. I was hoping for Tim to win the fight, he seems very nice but his rastlin skills are very minimal. I do not recall him ever sprawling to block the shot.
Jesse is a dumb ass and needs to grow up. I thought that it was a good move by Dana to kick him out and told him to get his **** straightened out and call him back in two months. Dana is partly to blame for their actions. The readily make alcohol available to the fighters and tell them to destroy the house during the show. I read Tim's blog and he said that anytime they could get a request for alcohol 24hrs a day but have to wait several hours for chicken. But it does make for good ratings.
I like Amir and he can go pretty far and has great potential. I hope that he takes the win.

I liked it. I'm glad Amir pulled out the armbar victory. That kid just has no quit in him. Kinda like Big Nog, takes a licking and keeps on ticking.
While I don't think Jesse's actions were that bad, I get where Dana was coming from. Acting like that in the house is one thing, but acting like that in the real world is not cool. Especially doing all that **** at one of the casinos owned by the Fertittas? He definitely needed / needs to get his life in order and I think that was the bottom line. Dana did say to call him once he got his head on straight, so there's still hope.
Too bad for JT, hopefully he can get things back on track.
Tim / CB: I actually thought Tim won that fight. I had Tim winning the 1st and 3rd rounds. However, having said that, I was watching the show on a crappy internet feed that was perfect during the commercials, but choppy as **** during the fight (I just bought a house, I am poor, I have basic cable, so no SpikeTV, I usually just DL the next day), so maybe I missed some really good action on CB's part. Having said that, he won based on takedowns alone. Kinda sucks, but what are you gonna do. Nice of Dana to reward the guys with some cash for stepping up. I was also glad neither guy punked out on their 2nd chance like some past TUF guys have.
That's my $0.02
edit: I won't be surprised if Amir drops to WW after this. Yes, it's a far more crowded division, but he seems a little small for MW.

From worst to first? Quite possibly.

Exactly. Tim got up just about every time after being on his back.

I'm glad Jesse is out, and I bet Dana is also. He isn't that good of a fighter. He won mostly because he was so much stronger than his opponents. As Dana put it once, "like watching turtles f__k".
I only half watched the finale. We had some friends over for a BBQ, so it was on, but I wasn't paying 100% attention. I downloaded it though and will watch it in the next couple of days.

I couldn't agree more. I think CB was trying to fool Amir into releasing the armbar. But with the ref right there, it was a great stoppage. It's like Scott Smith telling the ringside doctor that he couldn't see. You can't tap even once and not expect it to get stopped. Glad to see Amir win.
I liked it. Beyond arguing with a friend that one tap is as good as 15 for a tapout, I think it was a good fight and the card was good overall.
I think what happened was, the arm-bar started to slip as he started to tap. It was like a check swing that is called a strike. It may have been only one, but it still counts.
It was good to see Kendal back in good form. He even took some good shots on the chin without going down.
“With the tap, I didn’t fully commit to the tap, but I did hit him once. I guess they ruled that a tap. I thought you had to go on and start tapping out. I did hit him once. Right as I did that, I felt my arm get into a position where I could get out. At that point Herb (Dean) ruled it as a tap out.”
