Long Beach is a regional host, and 2-seed UCLA and 3-seed Pepperdine are in that bracket. UCLA-Pepperdine is at 3pm on Friday. (Pepperdine knocked UCLA out of the NCAAs last year in Malibu.)
San Diego is a regional host (though the games will be played at SDSU), and 2-seed CS Fullerton and 4-seed Fresno State are in their bracket.
Pac-10 champ ASU hosts as well, with Big West champ UC Riverside as the 2-seed.
Other notables:
Arizona is the 2-seed in Wichita State's regional.
UC Irvine is the 2-seed in Texas's regional
Im guessing there wont be much, if any, television coverage of the tournament again this year. Until the CWS that is. Cant find any college baseball on ESPN, but I bet I can find re-run after re-run of the 2005 World Series of Poker.

Bear Down Arizona!!
I'm sure ESPNU and CSTV will cover a lot of games this weekend. ESPN (or ESPN2 at least) usually shows some of the super regionals--I vaguely remember seeing CSUF games the last few years. The CSUF and USD first round games on Friday are scheduled for ESPNU according to ESPN.com.
I'll probably head over to Long Beach on Saturday... and Sunday, if UCLA is still alive. Last time I was at Blair Field, I saw your boys beat Long Beach State in the Supers even with Jered Weaver starting.

I am hoping that Nebraska gets eliminated because I will be in Omaha this year and I still need a few tickets....

My crappy cable only gets ESPN, ESPN2 and Classic... so I guess thats why I never get any college baseball coverage out here.
Arizona 4, Oral Roberts 3
UC Irvine 13, Wake Forest 0
UCLA 7, Pepperdine 3
UIC 4, Long Beach State 1 (early loss for 1-seed)
Oregon State 5, Rutgers 1
Fresno State 6, San Diego 1 (early loss for 1-seed)
CS Fullerton 7, Minnesota 1
UC Riverside 10, Nebraska 5
Arizona State 5, Monmouth 3
Well, I went 6-10 in my regional predictions. Not very good but at least Nebraska and Creighton were eliminated making it better to get the tickets to Session #2 & #4 that I need next week in Omaha.
Here are my predictions for the Super Regionals (hopefully I can do better this time):
Oregon St over Michigan
Fullerton over UCLA (sorry jbruin)
ASU over Ole Miss
UC-Irvine over Wichita St.
Rice over Texas A&M
Okla St over Louisville
Clemson over Miss St
South Carolina over UNC

Anybody else gonna take a crack at it?
I agree with all of the picks except Clemson over Miss St. I think Miss State will pull it out.
Anybody know how good Ole Miss is? This is probably the best team ASU has had in recent years which is saying something because the Buck, Larish, Curtis, team was really solid.
I'm expecting us to win the series, just wondering how difficult it will be.
