Conspiracy to transport dogs across state lines for the purpose of dogfighting.
Lets see if the NFL suspends him for one year like they did Pacman.
Shoot, If Pacman got a year, Vick should get a lot more. I hope that idiot gets what he deserves. I'd love to see Atlanta beat the commish to the punch and cut him.

I bet not a thing happens to him. It's a shame too. From what I remember of grand jury's, they don't need a lot for an indictment. Even speculation can get those. The lawyers can correct me if I'm talking out of my ass though.
I'm thinking it goes something like this:
Atlanta coach: "We're waiting to see what happens with Michael. He's a fine young man and he's an important piece of our organization."
NFL Commish: "We're following this story closely and will monitor it for future developments."
NFLPA: "Michael Vick has not been charged with anything. He's a wonderful community leader and has worked with boys and girls clubs as well as donated his time to the United Way. Therefore it is impossible that he could act this way. Besides, it's not that big a deal."
I just hope Ron Mexico gets what's coming to him. . .though I doubt it.
Has he ever been in trouble before? Pacman was told to clean up his act, and he just stayed the course with the same old crowd that got him in trouble before.
Personally, I think they are bring this indictment to make it look like they aren't giving any special treatment. Even though nothing will come of it.

Nope. He's never been in trouble before. I mean, unless you count that time he was thought to be sneaking drugs onto a plane in a water bottle. Or that time he was sued for knowingly giving a woman an std. Other than that though, the guy is squeaky clean.

I am no lawyer, but I was listening to J.T. while I was in the car, and he was talking to someone from Atlanta, and he said that Federal Indictments lead to please about 95% of the time, and those who take it to trial are convicted 90% of the time. This is not the freaking Durham county D.A.'s office.
"These animals, the indictment claims, were killed "by various methods, including hanging, drowning, and slamming at least one dog's body to the ground.'" from the Smoking Gun write up.

I also hope Atlanta cuts him, and he has to use all of his money to defend himself.
