WOO MOTHER****ING HOO
UCLA now has three people they interviewed for the HC job on the coaching staff.
Stoked.
Time for Ben Olson to be great (finally).
Excellent hire. I just hope they can augment their recruiting class now. Recruiting started out very good but they've lost a few standouts and could use some top notch O-line guys. Go Bruins!!
do you think UCLA losing to USC in basketball had anything to do with the timing of the announcement? serious question.
I don't think anyone is surprised by this, Good pick up for UCLA adn Norm Chow is now "home" again.
No, Neuheisel offered the job some time ago and on Bruin boards the word has been that an announcement of yes or no would be today well before the basketball game.
Wow Rick and Dan have been very busy getting the staff together for the upcoming season...This will be an interesting year to see how the three guys do together
Too funny to 'SC lgk fan that Norm is "dead" to them. FYI he was dead to you a long, long time ago and Pete would've never had him back.
To suffering Bruin fans this has been an awesome off season. I am feeling a whole lot better about Skippy taking over the head job with Walker and Chow on the staff. Hopefully Norm can turn Olsen into an NCAA quarterback.

Norm Chow was on PMS this afternoon and the last question Petros and Money asked him was about how he would feel when coaching against USC. He said it would be hard, considering one of his sons graduated from SC and the other is still enrolled at SC, he also mentioned that he had a lot of friends that are still on the SC coaching staff and a lot of friends in the SC community.
He also mentioned that one of the biggest reasons for taking the UCLA job was to be back in LA.

Well, this certainly is a step in the right direction. Let's see if we can attract some talented young players with our revamped staff. It's still going to be quite a while before UCLA football becomes relevant again.
