The Packers aren't my favorite team, but I do root for them at least twice a year... when they play Duh Bears.
I think they're having a pretty good season so far. It's good to see Favre playing well and having success. I really didn't want to see him go out on a low note, looking like he should've retired sooner.

I like the Pack but really I am more of a Favre fan. Since I own Adrian Peterson in a keeper fantasy league I will start following the Vikes I am sure. I find myself now following players and coaches more then home teams. But I have always liked the mystique of the Pack and Lambeau Field.

I didn't have a choice. My dad was born and raised in Wisconsin. I grew up watching the Packers. After the Vince Lombardi era that team was in total disarray until Holmgren and Favre teamed up. I hated seeing Holmgren leave but the Packers board did not want to give him what he wanted.
I love seeing the success this year. They are actually playing as a team and not relying so much on Brett. As long as they don't implode they might be good enough to make it to the SB. I think that the only team they might have trouble with is Dallas in the NFC. I don't think they have what it takes to beat either New England or Indianapolis this year.

Unfortunately I have to admit I am a Viking Fan........I do like Favre and would love to have him on the Vikes right now. A serviceable QB and we would be in the hunt in the horrid NFC.........
Packer fan here. I was going to UW-Madison when Al Davis shipped the Raiders up north, and it was easy to become a Packers fan at that time. And it has stuck.
The team looks good. I don't think they have a chance at the Superbowl, and I thought they would go 9-7 before the season started. Dynamite defense, and a growing offense. It's good to see that Brett isn't forcing many throws. If they can get the running game on track, look out. The team becomes a very complete team at that point.
Are there any Packers Fans out there?
