Its a done deal. The plans are approved. I live within 5 mins of where they are building the stadium.

The only thing holding it up is Roski's demand of part ownership or as the article says, majority ownership. The first team to do that, it is done.

TL, AEG & Wasserman should have stood up to the Coliseum Commission. It is their fault. The Coliseum is a joke. A football stadium next to Staples would have been awesome. Instead they have that stupid parking structure and the Nokia theater.

not going to happen. L.A. is the bargaining chip that all teams who want a new stadium use. The best we can hope for...NFL goes to a 3 preseason and a 17 regular games, which would guarantee a regular season 'neutral site' game for all teams. Hell, it'd be like a MNF game in L.A. every week.
