The Cardinals are actually a very good young team (8-8 last year) with a young QB and a pair of stud WRs. Aside from having to root for Matt Leinart, I'd take the Cards in a second. But that's a moot point because they just got a new stadium.
And again, considering the situation an expansion team just isn't realistic.
Money Talks....AEG/Roski have a ton of pull. If the NFL wants a new team theyll get a new team.
KJ- As much as Id like to see us get a new team the Jags or the Vikes wouldnt be half bad. The Chargers makes a lot of sense as well.

I think that was my exact point. The NFL doesn't want a new team. 33 teams doesn't make sense, both from a divisional breakdown standpoint as well as simple logistics. Bye weeks starting in Week 1? No way.
Jags, Saints, Vikes. I have no problem with any of them. The atmosphere at an NFL game will never match that of a college game but it would still be nice to have a pro team in the LA/OC area.
Of the three NFL teams rumored to be the most likely, only one has real possibilities: The Saints.
I doubt Minnesota would allow the Vikings to leave, and the Jaguars have too much local money tied up in that franchise. Only the Saints could cry financial hardship, with the flooding tragedy of last year. How could a region so devastated really support a football team in an aging stadium?
If I had to handicap these three teams, it's the Saints by far.
