apparently the ladies got a little feisty tonight and decided to start shoving each other. Oh and this just happened to take place in Detroit at the Palace, the site of the Ron Artest brawl.
I was watching the game... it wasn't too big, pretty much just a shoving match, except for what may have happened between Lisa Leslie and the Shock's assistant coach, Rick Mahorn. The video wasn't clear, but he went in to break up some of the players and either shoved Lisa Leslie to the floor or she stumbled over herself when he was seperating her from the other players. If he shoved her, it's a much bigger issue... (especially considering she wasn't going after anyone for anything other than separating them)
Oh, and he was coincidently also involved in the Pistons-Pacers brawl.
Otherwise, suspensions and fines to Candace Parker and Plenette Pierson (the main instigators), and likely DeLisha Milton-Jones for going after Mahorn after his incident with Leslie, as well as a ratings bump for the WNBA
***Edit: After seeing this photo, it looks like it's going to be a bigger issue for Mr. Mahorn than for the rest.
Give the players each 5 minutes for fighting, and the coach should get the chair.

Probably true, but that says more about Sportscenter (Favre-center?) than the league itself. As hockey fans, we can kind of relate...

100% not staged. Were you even watching the game to see what lead up to this or did you just catch the 30 second clip? Have you seen Detroit vs LA in the past? Will be interesting if they face each other in the Finals.
