To be quite honest, either team sounds good right now. They're both just in the way of a title. Boston/Lakers seems to be the most tempting matchup even before the season was half way over. This will rekindle all sorts of nostalgic moments. But seeing the Lakers prevail over the Pistons would only make me feel better after what happened in 2004.

Lakers didn't even look close in the 2 games against boston this year. Yeah it was early, and yeah they didn't have Gasol. I'll still take detroit, especially with billups and mask man ailing..

Pre Pau was a totally different team. Now with Gasol they have no one for LO and the Lakers are much deeper than the Celtics. Bring on either one but I'd still like to crush the Pistons due to all my relatives in Michigan.

Having the Lakers and Boston play in the finals have capped what has been for me one of the greatest regular season/playoffs that i can remember.

In the spirit of the competition, i will be boo Paul Pierce when he touches the ball and i will still vomit when i see Sam Cassell.

Lakers in 4 or 5 games if the refs call it even.

It'll go 7 games if Kobe doesn't get any Free Throws because Allen/Pierce suddenly have "great defensive abilities" like Bruce Bowen. =x

Ugh, I hate to say this, but Celtics in 7. The league has a boner for the Big 3 and I'm sure the refs will have a role in this series.

I hope I'm wrong. I despise the Celtics.
