Hope this is true. Could pave the way for Berbatov coming to Manchester.

(Note: Dodgers, Braves and Cardinals fans everywhere are nodding and saying, "Yup ... been there, done that.")
I can't see Berbatov staying put after all of this soap opera nonsense. They should just do the transfer already. Not like anyone hasn't seen it coming. It's already becoming a distraction for the Spurs.
No only that but Spurs dilly-dallying and Berbatovs insistence on wanting to leave has seen his asking price drop, Tottenham have played right into Uniteds hands.
"With this deal it's a buyers' market because United know Spurs need to offload a player who, by their own admission, is now a bad influence in the dressing room."
United better not drop too many points waiting for Berbatov or Ronaldo to come back. If Chelsea can put a little distance between them it's going to be all over.
"Dimitar Berbatov's hopes of a move to Manchester United look to be fading after Sir Alex Ferguson said he was "less optimistic" about new signings.
The United boss, who had a £20.5m bid for the striker rejected, was uncertain whether he would boost his squad before the transfer window shuts on Monday. "
Liverpool will now go all the way to the CL Final! Mark it!
Well the good news is Gerrard is having surgery to his groin, and Liverpool always play better when he's not around. Not saying they're better off without him, I just think they hold off when he's on the team, because they expect him to do something. So, now they will have to work harder, and the team will look better these next couple of weeks.
