That was one of the worst calls I've ever seen. For me the main reason its not a penalty is Pizzaro had no intention of playing the ball.
He was clearly playing the dummy, letting the ball run to Drogba(which he did quite nicely).
Terrible decision. Contact was there for sure, it's probably a foul elsewhere on the pitch. Can't give a penatly for that though.
