Anybody know if DeWitt has ever played 2nd Base? It's an easy position to play and he seems talented enough to make the transition. If I'm not mistaken he was drafted as a SS. Not too sure about his range, but then again if Kent can play there, I'd like to think DeWitt can.
The Dodgers tried him there in Single-A Florida league and he wasn't very good. I don't really put too much stock in the "he was drafted as a SS argument". As you know in High School, 90% of the team your SS is really just the best athlete on the team. Especially in places like Sikestos, Missouri! Even LaRoche was a SS when drafted.

The numbers tend to indicate that, making 20 errors in some 90 odd games.

A friend (Angels fan) invited me to go to the game on the 17th. I said that I'd prefer to go on the 16th. ****, I'll go to both if it means seeing Kershaw's debut if it does indeed happen.
