The Angels made the playoffs?? With all of the hooting and hollering by the Dodger faithful as their team kicked ass all the way to the post-season, I didn't realize the Halos were in.

Thats because they MADE the playoffs like 2 months before the Dodgers did. Don't get me wrong I like the Dodgers too. But I just prefer to go to a stadium that my car won't be broken in too!

That was a pretty good record the Dodgers came up with this year. There was only 14 teams that had a better record and 7 of them did not make the playoffs!

I will be at tonight's rally and at game 1 on Wednesday night... No excuses this year. they are relatively healthy and have UNREALY depth in the pen.
To be honest I think the only chink in the Angels' armor is their bullpen. Shields and K-rod have both been fairly unsteady in the 2nd half. Even Arredondo has shown hes actually hitable the past few months. The Halos bullpen is still pretty solid compared to other playoff teams, but they still scare me a little bit.
You consider Beckett's setback an advantage? That's interesting...
His regular season numbers arent too impressive but the dude turns into an absolute beast in the playoffs. The fact that hes probably only going to pitch once in a 5 game series is a huge deal imo
