The Dodgers wanted to give Manny 28 he then asked for 34, the dodgers said no sorry its not retired but still can't have it..
So he then went and asked for 66 (and said ok its yours) and then changed his mind 20 mins later and asked to turn it upside down for 99..

Or so how Vinny told it during the game..
