Check out the gallery pictures from today's Dodger game. There's a sweet picture of Matt Kemp diving into 3rd base. Only problem is that James Loney is already occupying the base.
Too funny.
It's funny, but it's scary at the same time. We're talking about a guy who should be one of our starting outfielders this year. His ability with the bat is clearly what's keeping him up in the bigs. His fielding is okay, but his baserunning sucks so bad that, were I GM (and if he couldn't hit as well as he does), I'd be hard pressed to not send him to AAA to work out the baserunning kinks.
He'd better kill the ball every at-bat or this team risks seeing a full year of his baserunning screw-ups.

Seriously. Stoney needs to pull his head out of his ass already. It's not that difficult to figure out when you should be running & when you shouldn't. Especially not when you're getting real paid to do it.
Why the **** did Sweeney have to suggest this ****
I thought this strange...at first. Then I heard that Jeff Kent was participating in the role of Simon Cowell. When I heard he would not only participate, buyt make fun of himself a bit in the process, I figured it had to be a good thing. I only wish we could see it.

I almost want to hook one of the positive and negative dog training devices up to him. When he runs thru a sign start shocking the **** out of him until he stops and goes back to the base and went he actually stops push the reward button.

I'm liking what i'm seeing from Kuroda, and what he tries to do on the mound. Now I'd like to see how long he could go in games and if he can stay healthy when the season rolls around.
