What a dumb way to end a good come back. Reminded me of that New Orleans Saints comeback a few years ago when they had like 7 lateral passes only to lose the game because the kicker (I think it was Carney) couldn't make the PAT.
I didn't watch a single second of the AS game. For whatever reason all star games just don't really excite me.

It's a shame you didn't. I was busy but I Tivo'd it and saw the tribute for the Say Hey kid. Wow. Just wow. The game itself was particuarly boring but all I have to say is long live Willie Mays. It's because of guys like Mays, Ripken, Koufax (to name a few) that I love the game of baseball. So much so that even tools like Bonds will never destroy.

Here's my interest in the All-Star Game: I was flipping between it, Copa America (Brazil vs Uraguay) and Lakers-Sixers summer ball on NBA TV, and the All-Star Game was losing the flip. I was actually waiting for Knicks vs China but I fell asleep.
So I've finally gotten 'round to having some of the pics I took at spring training printed. This morning, I'm mailing 8x10 copies of the pics to Gonzales, Kent, Loney, Lowe, Martin and Saenz. I've sent self-addressed and postmarked photo mailers along with the pics, so hopefully they'll all personalize one and send it back to me so I can add them to my collection.
Here's what I sent. All were 8x10 and glossified to the max. They looked good.

Those are some great pictures FBJ. Have you sent pictures to players before and had them returned with their autograph?
Do me a favor and make me some copies and get em signed. That would be great... Thanks!

I enjoyed the other board but it seems like it died over the winter and noone came back.
It did manage to scoop me up and direct me here, eventually. We're talking in past tense even though it's still up, never a good sign. We just need Guerrero Fan now.
