And assuming Clayton is untouchable,

Who do you part with besides Chin Lung Hu?

Matt Kemp OR Jonathan Broxton

Personally, I'd save Broxton for the trade for Matt Holliday!!!!

Trading Kemp for a stop gap solution at SS is just plain ridiculous.

What's the point of trading for a SS? Who is the best available one? Miguel Tejada is probably the best option, I wouldn't give up Kemp for him.

We don't really have any marquee blue chip prospects anymore, at least ones that are on the verge of making it to the bigs, so we don't have that many trade chips.

The best we could do is probably a Felipe Lopez or Juan Uribe. I wouldn't give up anything signifigant for them. I'd rather just roll the dice with Nomar or hope Hu gets his eyes fixed. No point in trading an asset for what would be a minor upgrade.

This has to be the worst part of the year. No hockey, football, basketball only Tennis and that exciting sport of baseball. 59 days away from USC football. It is going to be a long month. How is Cey, Russell, Garvey and Lopes doing this year? Baseball is great! Is Ferguson still catching for the Dodgers or has Yeager finally taken over?
