About This Page: This is a discussion on Baseball within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. Unfortunately Chan Ho is coming back down to Earth.
To be fair to the Ho, he is having a bad game against a team who's hit 7,000 dingers this year.
Cody Ross: former Dodger. Just throwin that out there.
A lot of former Dodgers looking good this year. Bradley has been a beast, the separate Dioner Navarro and Edwin Jackson deals look terrible...

(Note: Dodgers, Braves and Cardinals fans everywhere are nodding and saying, "Yup ... been there, done that.")
Oh boy. **** is gonna go down. Front office grumblings + Colletti needing to do something to save his job + impatience = possibly disastrous transaction.

The overall sentiment I agree with but some of his points are pretty lame.
Release Jones? The Dodgers used to let Beltre suck for half a season every year and he wants to DFA a guy who has 152 AB's.
Hu was one of the worst players in MLB during his time, vision problems or not.
Kemp hasn't exactly been stellar over his last 46 games either. Batting .263 with 60K's isn't carrying the team.
LaRoche hasn't been good. The argument that he needs to start X number of games in a row is retarded. It's not like he's coming in to pinch hit once a week. Dude got to start 8 of 11 while DeWitt was struggling and what did he do. .194, 1 HR, 1RBI. The guy still doesn't have a hit with RISP. I'm all for LaRoche going on a tear and winning the job but until he does something other than be the brother of a big leaguer DeWitt should get most of the starts.
The pitching has again been the savior this year and what little offensive production the team is getting has been coming from the young guys. That being said it's not like they are developing at a rapid pace. Teams with significantly better offenses like Florida, Texas, Pitt, Milwaukee, and Tampa have lineups filled with young players.
