I don't know about you guys but I think the Cubs did extremely well in this trade. I guess a lot depends on how healthy Harden down the stretch and next year but doesn't seem like they gave up a lot of talent.
Excited about this trade for my Cubbies. They did in fact give up less than the Brewers, plus they have Harden and Gaudin for at least another year unlike CC who will be a free agent after the season is over. Although I did like Gallagher, we acquired a player when healthy can easily be the most dominating pitcher in baseball.
