Interesting report on great NHL teams that didn't win the cup. The list includes the Kings in
Caps should have had a better playoff record.
Detroit didn't win it all until AFTER he left
Florida, Anaheim, and Ottawa all got to the SC Finals under his tenure only to lose.
Really great report! I remember the Flyers in 95... still amazed they didn't win... probably karma:
I remember asking Lindros for an autograph at the beginning of that season and he ignored me!!!! THE KICKER: I WAS 12!!!!! What a dick!

He had to ask his parents for permission to sign autographs for fans.
Bill Ranford stole our cup in 1990. The Bruins were all over Edmonton in that series - outplayed them, outchanced them... and Ranford was simply better.
That edition of the Bruins had Bourque, Neely, Craig Janney, Bobby Carpenter, Glen Wesley, Gary Galley, Dave Christian, Dave Poulin, Brian Propp, and the goaltending duo of Andy Moog and Reggie Lemelin. One of my favorite Bruins teams ever.
