I'm with you on this one.
All the talk of Huet not having value to Montreal is garbage. They were between a rock and a hard place and made a tough decision.
He was going to be a free agent and they felt that Price proved he was the future for the franchise. Obviously they didn't have plans to resign Huet to a big multi year deal so they wanted to get some value for him. The fact that he came over to washington and went on a tear should speak volumes. I don't see him winning it, but he definitely deserves plenty of credit for getting both teams in the playoffs.
