About This Page: This is a discussion on NHL Talk within the LetsGoKings.com forums, at Los Angeles Kings Hockey Fan Forum. He took Patrick Sharp's follow through in the chops. I say that's a pretty good excuse to get the chiclets fixed.
Saw that... He went down quick toward the end of the 2nd and then got off the ice quick, holding his mouth the whole time. Didn't return to the game.
"Jaw contusion" is the official word??
As much as I don't want to see people injured, I really don't mind watching some of the Kings stock rise as we get to the deadline.

I just loved the Ahlers and Heyward trying to find a way to say Sharp should've gotten a penalty for his follow through.
yeah, that was pretty embarrassing. I just hope that it's because they don't fully understand the rule but I doubt it.
Equally embarrassing is the crap I had to put up with in a Ducks GDT for telling people to quite whining because it wasn't a penalty. One person appreciated the clarification but I suspect the rest of them got their duck calls stuck up their asses.
