Back in the 80's before they let goalies keep water on the nets, Kelly Hrudy explained recently during a segment on HNIC that he got real dehydrated during long overtimes cuz he never got a chance to go the bench for a water break. After one game he took his skates off and his toes just curled up. In true old hockey fashion, he re-hydrated w/ a few beers!
No, we are not, but for some reason it just seems alot faster in OT. And that explained it. Just imagine the person having to take a leak, or go get a beer. ****, with the usher at the Staples center, you get up to go take a leak and like a game last night, you would never get back to your seat!
no they were, or close to it anyway. one of the announcers said we'll see you again in 15 minutes and since i hate the intermission shows i set an alarm for 15 minutes so i knew exactly when to come back to versus
