With Netminders wearing more and more oversized equipment and as the years pass,there is only one thing left to do. That is double the size of the nets so that there is net to shot at. Today's 'tenders cover the whole dam net making a mockery of the position and the great 'tenders of yesteryear. Seems like any 'tender today if "he" donns the big equipment is an automatic NHLer. It's pathetic to watch and worse if you are a scoring lover. That commitee headed by Mike Cammalleri... and a host of "tenders better be looking at the league and what they have turned it into. W The fault of over sized equipment can fall squarely on the shoulders of Garth Snow and Patrick Roy, two of the worst offenders of supersized equipment there ever was. Since then it has gotten absolutely ridiculous and stupid. Going to games isn't even enjoyable anymore because there is no scoring or very little to speak of...F... the NHL and Junior leagues the hockey being played today is horse**** and a majority of the problem is because no one had the balls to clean the goaltending "garbage" that was ruining the sport...
i always wondered why they call it the '4x6'. Doesn't width come generally come first when referring to something in terms of width and height? It typcally is in the construction and building industry.
