He's a 16 year old (or so) goalie. He had no intentions of fighting. He's an innocent victim. True, he should have stuck for himself but I'm sure he's never even attempted fighting before as opposed to fighting in the Roy household where it's part of the daily routine.

Sorry. Any 16 year old kid growing up in minor hockey in Canada - goalie or not - has had a fight at SOME point in hockey up to that point. I had probably a dozen or so by the time I turned 14 player, and I was by NO MEANS considered a fighter.

Looking at the you tube the other goalie 16yrs old or not has to know whats going to happen, irregardless of Roy being a douche you don't just stand in your crease as he skates towards you, then let him take your mask off without giving him a few shots of your own
