Bettman is insane. I could maybe see a development league in europe, but not NHL expansion. Toronto doesnt even want to travel to California fer crissakes.

It's a bad idea considering how difficult the travel is already. Maybe if you cut it down to 60 games a year and leave more times between games to recoup/travel it would work. The NHL has to do something to differentiate itself, and being the first league to have teams on two continents would do it, but unless someone comes up with teleporters...

Bettman is a ****ing clown. This expansion bull**** needs to stop. Ask Bettman how well his boy's expansion of the NBA in Canada went. THAT'S how well the NHL expanding outside of NA will go.
