i have the nhl in hd commercial stuck in my head. you know where joe thornton says "hey, do these pants make my butt look big?"

but yes, i love the nhl network also. i'm especially in love with the ahl and echl games. hopefully, maybe they'll play some juniors games sometime. i remember seeing an oshawa generals game (i think on espn) more than 10 yrs ago.

If you notice.. there are no commercials... they're all "ads" promoting the NHL or the NHL network. They have yet to get sponsorship deals in place because the channel is so new. The US channel is being completely funded by the NHL at the moment.

Haha, yeah, the Sittler thing and the Center Ice promo get annoying. At least that dude shooting pucks at the panes of glass ad isn't played anymore.

They do . . . only in HD, channel 403. Supposedly at some point in the future they will carry the channel in SD, but as of right now its only in HD.
