Not only has he score 5 goals with the natural hat trick he assisted on the Wild's only other goal for a nightly total of 6 points.

He almost scored his 6th a couple times on the 5 on 3, but Valiquette made some nice stops

he's scored on even strength, on the powerplay, shorthanded. that's not too bad
and it's not like he scored on a bad goalie either...lundqvist hardly lets in 2 goals a game...not even.

Figures the Rags announcers would blame the refs.
Was hoping to see something that hasn't happened since 1976. We could hear about what Gaborik had to eat before the game.

... and if he scores two more not only will he share the record for most goals... and if those two goals are empty net and shootout he'll share that record with mario!
good for him though, gaborik is a beast as long as he stays healthy.

<Sigh> The things he would do in this league if he didn't have a groin made of wax paper. Freaking sad, but god damn the boy's got talent.

Maybe Hasek should have flipped one of our players over last night. That might have wake someone up in the Kings.
It sure as hell woke Gaborik up.

You missed the sarcasm. We ALL know about Sitler's record. The NHL Network will not let you forget, they just won't.
Anyways, Gab was ON last night. Good for him.
