Defenseman Shaone Morrisonn was awarded a one-year contract worth $1.975 million in salary arbitration and is under contract with the Capitals for next season.
Morrisonn, who was the only remaining unsigned player, made $900,000 last season and ranked third among Caps defensemen in ice time.
