I love it......you know he totally just said that to get a rise out of them. Any hockey related coverage on a player with a personality is good IMO.

P.P.S. I just watched the video. He says he doesn't enjoy playing in Canada b/c he Canadians are "hockey obsessed" and he will "have to buy tickets for a bunch of people he doesn't like." A moment later you hear the Leaf's coach asking, "[Avery] hates Canadians?" I don't know how Avery's quote translates to "hating" Canadians in anyway.
