Should a team with Andy McDonald, Paul Kariya & Keith Tkachuk and a defensive corp of Backman, Johnson, Brewer and Jackman REALLY be 5 points out of the LAST playoff spot and tied with the decimated Nashville team?
Is Andy Murray proving Kings fans right in that maybe he really ISN'T the great coach everyone thinks he is?
Or will Andy put the St Louis Blues back in the playoffs in only his first full season as coach?
I'm kind of on the fence. On one hand, St Louis making the playoffs means Colorado or Minnesota, or (even better) Calgary or Vancouver don't.
On the other hand, Andy Murray making the playoffs would be a snub to the Kings organ-eye-zation who will now be in their 2nd straight not making the playoffs.
One nice thing in all of this: Should St Louis make the playoffs, Andy Murray will lose to the Red Wings in the 1st round 4 games to none.

Good question CBGB. Considering the roster, the team is under performing. AM will overwork them and they'll finish the season in the 9th to 10th spot. Even if they miraculously barely make the playoffs, look for the Dead things to destroy them.
Not saying Crawford is any better than AM. Just not sold on AM being a good coach.
Their defense has been terrible lately and for the last two games Legace hasn't been playing at 100% and their two backup goalies have been quite poor during that time. Brewer is extremely overrated. Wait till next year when Perron and Johnson have a year under their belt and Wagner is on defense as well and hopefully they'll pick up a backup goalie or Marek Schwarz can finally remember how to play goal.
I really don't think looking at the Blues roster that they're that great. Tkachuk is vastly overrated, and McDonald has been one of the most overrated players over the last few years. Kariya started the season at his regular pace, but has slowed down a bit.
